Each Buti Yoga class is a mental, physical, and emotional release of energy;
moving and shifting what is stuck to bring in new energy.
This class is for ALL Levels
and is led to meet you right where you are NOW.
Buti Yoga is my soulmate workout and it would be a privilege to share it with you.

Q: What do I need?
A: All you need is your yoga mat and a device to connect online to the class.
Comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind are great to bring too.
Q: How do I get the link for class?
A: An email will be sent after payment to the class link.
Q: How much space do I need for class?
A: It depends, some people participate in their bedrooms with limited space and others in their living rooms where there is more space to move around. Any space that can fit your mat will work great.
Q: I don't want anyone to see me, can I turn my camera off?
A: Of course you can. Most people can only see me on the screen,
but if you feel more comfortable, please feel free to turn on the camera.
Q: How long is class?
A: Most of the time a Buti Yoga class will be one hour.
